Turns the pages people publish and the comments they resolve in Confluence into a record of their work.

Set it up

An admin connects it once for the whole team. You need to be an admin of Find Your Great and of your Confluence site.

  1. Open Integrations in Find Your Great and click Add to Confluence on the Confluence card.
  2. On Atlassian's page, click Get app, choose your site, then click Install.
  3. Back in Find Your Great, check the people list. We match Confluence people to your team by email, and you can fix any match.

What we read

  • Published page versions, who published them, and what changed
  • Pictures added to those pages, to describe what they show
  • Comments, and who resolved them
  • Names and emails of people on your site, to credit the right teammate

What we never do

  • We never read drafts that haven't been published.
  • We never keep a copy of your pages. We compare the versions Confluence keeps and store only what changed, encrypted.
  • We never edit, move or delete anything in Confluence.

Turn it off

  • In Confluence, open Settings, then Apps, then Manage apps, and uninstall Find Your Great.
