Set it up

Each person can connect their own calendar in about 30 seconds. Or a Google Workspace admin can install Find Your Great from the Google Workspace Marketplace to connect everyone at once.

  1. Open Integrations in Find Your Great and click Connect on the Google Calendar card.
  2. Choose your Google account and allow read-only access.
  3. Admins connecting everyone: click Turn on for everyone on the same card, which opens the Google Workspace Marketplace.

What we read

  • Your events: times, titles, descriptions, locations and video call links
  • Who was invited, and how they replied

What we never do

  • We never read other people's calendars.
  • We never read your email, Drive, or anything else in your Google account.
  • We cannot create, change or delete events. Access is read-only.

Turn it off

  • Click Disconnect on the Google Calendar card in Integrations.
  • Or remove Find Your Great at myaccount.google.com/connections.
  • If an admin installed it for everyone, the admin uninstalls it in the Google Admin console (admin.google.com).
